What You’ll Be Doing Set up, calibrate, and operate RF, digital, and power test equipment Troubleshoot RF, digital, and power issues in production environments Analyze test data to identify trends and improve product performance Collaborate with design engineers to enhance hardware and test processes Support technicians with troubleshooting and training Participate in program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions Monitor and maintain product yield targets ? What You Bring For RF Test & Development Engineer: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field + 2 years of experience OR Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field Experience with RF test equipment (scopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) Ability to read schematics and block diagrams Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance For Principal RF Test & Development Engineer: Bachelor’s + 5 years OR Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience All qualifications listed above Preferred Skills: Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM field Experience with LabWindows CVI, C/C++ Strong troubleshooting skills in RF, digital, and analog systems Familiarity with high-speed digital and RF theory ?
