Array Labs designs, builds and operates the world's most advanced radar satellites - including the first satellites specifically designed for multistatic operation - enabling powerful new capabilities, including single-pass 3D imagery collection and real-time moving target indication radars.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radar Engineer with Moving Target Indication (MTI) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions for space-based AMTI and GMTI radar systems. This position requires expertise in radar signal processing, system design, and performance analysis to support advanced radar applications.
Reponsibilities
Design and prototype MTI algorithms, taking advantage of our unique multistatic configuration
Productionize radar system architectures for space-based MTI applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
Analyze radar system performance metrics such as detection probability, false alarm rates, clutter suppression, and tracking accuracy
Develop and utilize simulation tools to model radar system behavior and validate design choices
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and program managers, to ensure successful system integration and deployment
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience with radar system modeling and simulation
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
