We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving Quote-to-Cash transformation initiative.
Must-Have Qualifications:
\t Proven experience managing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or billing transformation projects
\t
Strong ability to drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams
\t
Skilled in facilitating structured meetings and tracking action items to completion
\t
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities
\t
Experience working with technical and non-technical teams; ability to escalate blockers effectively
\t
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or other ERP implementations
\t
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools
Key Responsibilities:
\t Lead and organize cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress
\t
Implement a simple intake and prioritization process to bring order to ongoing requests
\t
Maintain clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
\t
Support project stabilization efforts and ensure visibility into team priorities
\t
Collaborate closely with Q2C leadership and transition responsibilities as needed
