Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Brady is seeking a skilled and driven Quality Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in resolving complex production challenges and implementing solutions that enhance product quality and process reliability. This position also provides leadership and technical guidance to technicians and hourly associates, fostering a culture of quality and operational excellence, even without direct reporting lines.
Provide leadership to key associates to promote participation and cooperation in process development/improvement initiatives Ensures conformance with and application of policies and procedures Create PPAP and FAI documents for customers Manage customer surveys and contract reviews in a timely manner Participate in and support internal and external audits Responsible for smooth product production/constant production flow Supports quality document system management Create, document and implement procedures for assembling, testing and packaging processes Refine operations and manufacturing processes Designs, evaluates and implements systems for inspection, manufacturing and data acquisition Responsible for continuous improvement activities Develops training systems and support documentation for associates Designs in conjunction with new product development engineers manufacturing strategies Provide leadership in assigned areas as well as lead projects in other manufacturing areas Other duties as assigned
