Ardent Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting a Quality Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer located in Southborough, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your hands-on expertise will directly support quality operations and continuous improvement efforts. Location: Southborough, MA Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time Pay: $70,000–$80,000/year (based on experience) What You’ll Do: Apply quality engineering principles to support daily operations Identify and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions Lead internal audits and support external quality certifications Manage PPAP documentation, FMEAs, and key quality metrics Oversee document control systems and contribute to management reviews What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred) 3–5 years managing a certified QMS (AS9100 / ISO 9001) Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with auditing Proven record of continuous improvement and customer quality support Familiarity with LEAN, GD&T, and regulatory standards like REACH/RoHS is a plus
