Position Summary This role supports quality-related workstreams focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) efforts. Duties and Responsibilities The following outlines the core responsibilities associated with this position. Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs or reasonable accommodations: Contribute to key integration pillars including metric alignment, ISO standards, quality management system (QMS) gap analysis, and other areas essential to successful post-merger alignment Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple operational sites Review and approve proposed modifications to the global documentation structure based on outcomes of gap analysis Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and the integration management office Delegate and review work assigned to team members Evaluate production issues and recommend or implement changes to upstream and production systems Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Productionto support continuous improvement initiatives Drive internal quality performance and practices through strategic initiatives Apply advanced Excel capabilities to analyze complex datasets and support data-driven decisions Perform other duties as assigned by the manager Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities at this time. Physical Requirements While carrying out the responsibilities of this role, the employee must be able to: Frequently lift and move up to 5 pounds independently Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position in a professional office environment with occasional work on the manufacturing floor. The role requires the use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to a range of conditions. Noise levels may vary from quiet to moderate or loud. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS); audit experience preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographic regions at all organizational levels 35 years of audit-related experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting Strong commitment to quality and professional standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-directed with proven ability to manage priorities and workflows independently Excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with quality methodologies such as Lean, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, etc. Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
