Quality Engineer II (Product Compliance)

JOB SUMMARY As a Quality Engineer here at HSP/PIP you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements for our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and procedures to meet regulatory guidelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement in quality and regulatory compliance. You will report directly to our Quality Manage. In this role, you will have an impact by ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our quality processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and regulatory compliance Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance and support to the team in resolving quality issues Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulatory standards CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Advanced Engineering degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory standards or certifications Experience in manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
