Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain (Manager's preferred background) 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, logistics, or related operational disciplines Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent reoccurrence Proven experience with: Statistical analysis and quality tools (SPC, capability studies, LPA) APQP and PPAP processes Audit procedures and compliance practices Excellent cross-functional communication, especially with external vendors/suppliers via phone and email (Manager emphasizes this as essential) Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO, AIAG manuals, and internal audit practices Ability to work collaboratively, manage conflict diplomatically, and maintain accountability High attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to process improvement #Dice
