This is a contingent position based upon contract award. KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer to join our team supporting a government client in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Key Responsibilities: You will develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for various programs over their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with requirements and expectations. You will plan and direct activities related to quality standards for engineering and other processes, providing independent assessments and recommendations for process optimization. Qualifications: TS/SCI clearance with willingness to sit for a polygraph upon request. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. US Citizen. Bachelor's degree in a related field focusing on QA/QC. Relevant training and certifications in QA/QC. Experience developing and implementing QA Plans and procedures. Experience working with teams to monitor and review QA/QC performance. Experience reviewing test plans, procedures, and reports. Compensation: Range: $63,300 - $95,000 (Maryland area). The actual rate depends on experience and internal parity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, sign-on, relocation, incentives, or discretionary payments. Ready to Make a Difference?
