Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer - Test Plan Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. This position focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing test plans for the rollout of an Authorized Roles-Based Web Application. The role requires three days onsite and two days remote work each week.
What You'll Do
Plan and coordinate test plans for web applications
Develop and implement quality standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
Ensure compliance with quality management systems
Design and develop forms and instructions for recording quality data
Assure that deployed products are effective and free from defects
Manage testers and testing resources
Create testing strategies and batteries of tests
Conduct test-related risk assessments and implement mitigation techniques
What You'll Need
Experience with Service Now Testing Module
Experience in test automation within workflow
Ability to recommend frameworks and tools for automated regression testing
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
Expertise in developing test strategies, test cases, and evaluating scripts
Strong foundation in SDLC and standard assurance practices
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $38 - $43 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.?
