Description: ***Local Candidates ***Hybrid - onsite 3 days/week

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Test Engineer who will be the Test Plan Manager plans, coordinates and where possible execute Test Plans for the roll out of an Authorized Roles Based Web Application to search, view and download permissioned content and documents. This candidate MUST HAVE experience with the Service Now Testing Module.

Roles and Responsibilities: Plans and directs activities concerned with the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for software application processes, materials, products, and/or business systems. Develops and implements standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation relative to the organization's quality management system. Assures compliance of organization's products and processes. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data. Assures that products deployed for the organization are effective and free from defects or operational problems or errors. Degree in technical fields such as Engineering or Computer Science or related work experience. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Strong grasp of testing processes, test automation and software. Expertise in developing test strategy, test cases, evaluating scripts and putting them to use. Solid foundation in the SDLC and standard assurance practices. Experience in developing Test Plans within Agile methodology utilizing Service Now. Experience essential in test automation within workflow Recommending framework and tools for automated regression testing Develop test plans. Manage testers. Automated test results and analytics Document testing progress Create and enforce test plan. Create testing strategy and battery of tests. Risk management Test related risk assessment and measurements Test related mitigation test techniques Test Planning and strategy development Resource management Quality Assurance & Control matrix<BR> Procedure improvements.
