ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a QA II Engineer, you'll be part of the IT team and work closely with team members and end users on a number of exciting projects and programs that will have a positive impact on the business.

Analyze, review and validate project requirements and technical specifications, provide and manage test estimates and develop and execute test plans and test cases utilizing standard test methods and tools Collaborate with project managers, developers and analysts to address project requirements, deliverables, and any potential roadblocks Participate in discovery meetings, perform impact analysis from a testing perspective, and documents key issues Identify, mitigate, and drive project quality issues and risks to resolution Execute tests including, but not limited to, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System and Integration Testing, Data Validation Testing, etc. Record, track, and regress defects using test tools and provides necessary metrics reporting on test execution, defects and overall quality Seek out opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of overall test cycle through streamlining test execution and utilizing various tools and techniques ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 5+ years in Quality Assurance and software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test automations such as Jenkins and Perl Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Experience creating test plans in Azure DevOps Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements Strong interpersonal and communication skills
