Description

As a Project Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, performing, and managing fieldwork and technical tasks to collect environmental and compliance data (soil, sediment, groundwater, stormwater, wastewater and vapor), performing and managing oversight of construction, evaluating and interpreting environmental and compliance data, performing engineering and scientific analysis and evaluation, preparing documents including work plans, reports and design (design drawings, specifications, and engineers estimate), managing projects/tasks, and mentoring junior staff. Performs duties in collaboration with senior engineers/geologists.

Our best estimate of the salary range for the Project Environmental Engineer 1 Role, located in our Portland OR office is $84,600 - $119,200 annually. Our best estimate of the salary range for the Project Environmental Engineer 2 Role, located in our Portland OR office is $95,000 - $134,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers' salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
