This person is highly trained in engineering and has a track record of success in project or program management. This person must be an outstanding communicator, exceptional leader, and even better strategist. The project engineer will be responsible for maintaining our standards of excellence and delivering projects with the utmost attention to quality.

• Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
• Manages projects from start to finish.
• Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate production personnel
• Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited civil engineering or related program, and 6 years of progressive experience.
• PE Required: This position is for a licensed engineer to practice civil engineering in the states of primary practice, or should be licensed in a different state with the ability to get the required license within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as a member of the team.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD with an emphasis on Civil 3D and Microsoft office.
