Project Engineer (Mechanical - ACMV) Visit www.ourrecruiters.com Responsibilities Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples. Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, main contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples. Review and align ACMV design drawings for compliance with specifications and guidelines. Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions. Manage and execute projects within deadlines. Attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and clients to address issues and update progress. Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance. Allocate work and ensure tasks meet standards and SOP. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over 10 years of relevant experience considered for a senior position. Preferably experienced in the construction industry, especially in ACMV system installation. Knowledge of ACMV Systems, Local/International Codes of Practice/Standards, Green Mark Requirements, Hydronic/Static Calculations, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD is advantageous. Good working attitude and team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
