Production Manager/Audio Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVES
- Leads execution for weekend services, special events and Student Ministries at assigned campus
- Leads and schedules all production volunteers at assigned campus
- Responsible for implementing the brand experience for weekend services
- Provides support to the Music team through rehearsal prep and stage management
- Supports the Technology team in maintenance on all audio and video systems
- Reports to Sr. Production Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Designs a compelling live audio mix for all weekend services, special events and Student Ministries
- Acts as a liaison with the Music team
- Produces services and provides creative support to the worship experience by working with the Music Pastor and MD
- Oversees the technical programming of the video switcher and supports all control room operations
- Provides programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
- Collaborates with other Production Managers on the Producer/Production Manager Team
- Partners with other Production team members and musicians from other departments
- Responds to varied situations that are not covered by existing standards, procedures and
- Precedents
- Manages an assigned budget
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church's nine core beliefs
- 2+ years of working in live production/broadcast environments
- Expertise with FOH mixing consoles (Digico and/or Yamaha Digital Consoles)
- Proficiency with lyrics and graphic presentation tools such as ProPresenter
- Proficiency with graphics and video/photo editing/manipulation tools such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite
- Proficiency with audio mixing/mastering plug-ins such as Waves Audio
- Proficient musical skills

- Experience working with volunteers

- Status: Exempt / Salary
- Salary Range: $48,000 - $54,000
- Full/Part Time: Full Time
- Regular/Temporary: Regular
- Workdays: Wednesday - Sunday. Must be available Wednesday nights for Student Ministries and occasional evenings for events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
