We're looking for aModule Production Engineerwith a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. What You'll Do

As a Module Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in: Industrializing new systemsby collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Driving improvements inavailability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.

Troubleshooting production issues and developing actionable solutions.

Supporting thedesign and validationof engineering solutions.

Leadingprocess improvement initiativesand reducing cycle time.

Reviewing supplier failure analysis reports and validating root causes.

Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.

Managing technical uncertainties and developing creative solutions.

Owning customer issues and delivering targeted resolutions.

Designing sub-modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.

Integrating subsystems and supporting configuration management.

Verifying design specifications and contributing to testing protocols.

What You Bring Bachelor's degreein engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or

Master's degreein engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work in acleanroom environmentunder ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).

Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.

Occasional campus movement and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Moderate temperature and noise levels.

Travel may be required based on business needs.
