We’re looking for a Module Production Engineer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a tangible impact on next-generation technology.
What You’ll Do
As a Module Production Engineer, you’ll play a key role in:
Industrializing new systems by collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Driving improvements in availability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.
Troubleshooting production issues and developing actionable solutions.
Supporting the design and validation of engineering solutions.
Leading process improvement initiatives and reducing cycle time.
Reviewing supplier failure analysis reports and validating root causes.
Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.
Managing technical uncertainties and developing creative solutions.
Owning customer issues and delivering targeted resolutions.
Designing sub-modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.
Integrating subsystems and supporting configuration management.
Verifying design specifications and contributing to testing protocols.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or
Master’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work in a cleanroom environment under ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).
Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.
Occasional campus movement and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Moderate temperature and noise levels.
Travel may be required based on business needs.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
