- Evaluate new thermal insulating products for heat shields
- Evaluate new materials for vehicle noise reduction
- OEM Specification testing for product validation
- Part Durability - Stress and Crack resistance to Heat Shields
- Accelerated Aging Testing - Humidity, Salt Spray, Heat/Cold Exposure
- Noise and Vibration Testing
- Absorption Testing
- Vibration Damping Testing
- Plastic Physical Testing
- Tensile Strength
- Tear Strength
- Peel Adhesion
- Liaison between manufacturing and Research & Development.
- Follow all relative quality management systems (ISO/TS16949) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001) procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting our customer requirements
