Your adventure begins by expertly managing ERP entries and supporting engineering and quality initiatives. Dive into a culture of continuous improvement by leading efforts on tooling, capital enhancements, defect mitigation, and skill development. Utilize methodologies such as 5S and Lean to spot inefficiencies, realign strategies, and elevate both product quality and production speed. Through synergy with cross-functional teams, you'll champion process innovation and cost-saving initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Construct precise work instructions for processes using Engineering blueprints and specifications. Involve in quality assurance activities including RCCA, APQP, and produce necessary documentation like CAs, 8D, etc. Administer and refine the Epicor ERP system including Item masters, BOM’s, and routings. Spot opportunities for capital improvements and propose cutting-edge equipment enhancements. Employ 5S, Six Sigma, and various methods to gather data and make informed decisions. Investigate areas of wastage and introduce control measures to boost efficiency. Your Credentials: 4-5 years’ experience in aerospace/aviation manufacturing settings. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related field. Intermediate proficiency in computer literacy. A background check and drug screen are contingent upon hiring. Your expertise should include: Proficiency in GD&T, Data Analysis, and Continuous Improvement Techniques Experience with PFMEA, APQP, and Six Sigma Outstanding communication abilities Robust skills in Root Cause Analysis, Process Development, and Blueprint Reading Tech and Tools: Expertise in ERP Software usage
