About the Role

As a Field Process Engineer I at Weee, you will drive initiatives to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and deliver world-class customer experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to execute scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
• Partner with Central PE to identify and track operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and address basic root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
• Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
• Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Collaborate with the central PE team and operation team to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Support warehouse daily operations as needed including 5S maintenance, equipment forecasting and management
• Business Travel (up to 30%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in internships or project management within operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g. Advanced Excel).
• Understanding of basic concepts of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma
• Ability to work Individually with observation and analysis tools (e.g. DMAIC, fishbone diagram)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work under extreme temperatures(0~30°ree;F) in Freezer/Cooler environments
• Bilingual candidates preferred (Chinese or Spanish)

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $74,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
