Description The Process Engineer work on developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce cost. This role involves close collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams. The Process Engineer's job involves a focus on documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The engineer is expected to analyze data, implement process changes, and contribute to a safe production environment in line with aerospace industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine manufacturing processes from initial concept through production. Create and maintain process documentation and operating instructions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the shop floor, working closely with cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, and cost savings. Support compliance with safety standards and follow clean, organized work practices. Profile The successful Process Engineer will a proactive engineer with strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of manufacturing processes. They will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining standards for quality and safety. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are needed, along with a commitment to improvement and a hands-on approach. Successful Candidate: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing standards. Experienced with process design, data analysis, and problem-solving in a production environment.
