Description SAIC is seeking a skilled Process Automation Engineer to join our team at SAIC/PBGC. The right candidate will have a developer mindset in an infrastructure environment. They will work closely with tool-specific engineers on ServiceNow, SharePoint, Security and Database technologies just to name a few. Key Responsibilities: o Work with the client and engineering support teams to identify and quantify processes that may be automated. o Define cost-effective solutions for automation using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence technology, and other common tools. o Create demos and presentations to show potential solution costs and benefits. o Implement automated solutions and conduct regular reviews to improve efficiency. Qualifications Qualifications: Technical Skills: o Business process reengineering and Workflow Design Skills. Candidates must be able to describe how they identify and improve existing workflows. o Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Candidates must provide evidence of workflows they have automated and improved. o Knowledge of REST API concepts, event management, and cross-tool connectivity. Candidates should understand how process tools may connect and share process event data. o Basic data analysis knowledge. SQL and AI skills are a plus. o Expertise in scripting and automation tools, specifically PowerShell.
Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities o Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
· Certifications (Preferred but not required): o Azure AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
