The integration of critical features for the alternative memory technologies into HW/SW subsystems represents a complex, exciting, and challenging area of growth in the Enterprise Server and Storage computing segments.

What you'll achieve
As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, in this high-visibility position, you will work across engineering disciplines to deliver and sustain competitive memory solutions across the ISG portfolio. Partnering with platform development and systems engineering teams globally.
You will:
- Partner with internal platform and development engineering teams to influence, expand, and enhance alternative memory solutions
- Be a subject matter expert on alternative memory technology solutions extending to HW, FW, OSV, and ISV interactions

Essential Requirements
- x86 Server Architecture design understanding
- 4+ years of experience in memory, system design, or architecture
- Excellent engineering leadership skills and ability to work with and influence across a global organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $198,000.00.
