Job Description
Define scope of information technology (IT) programs and develop effective quality solutions which address unique or controversial problems in accordance with SRNS IT processes and procedures. Develop, recommend, and monitor business-wide strategic direction for information systems and services. Direct and mentor less senior professionals. Accountable for reliability, stability, and availability of the site's business and technical information systems, including database infrastructure environments. Provide judgment, leadership, and expertise in the implementation of complex information systems and database infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities Maintain technical expertise and flexibility across disciplines; mentor others. Proactively coordinate across IT for support and improvements. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans. Integrate tools like configuration/change management and debuggers in development. Lead analysis, development of requirements, and review of documentation and plans. Train and mentor junior personnel. Lead large-scale initiatives with tasks, milestones, and cost estimates. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. Design complex systems per requirements and data standards. Lead testing and validation of program code. Review policies and procedures for technical accuracy. Ensure cyber compliance and confidentiality. Work Hours
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRNS uses various work schedules including 5/8s, 4/10s, and 9/80s. Work weeks exclude SRNS holidays and include a 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be expected.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's in IT-related field with 7+ years related experience, or Non-related Bachelor's with 9+ years, or Associate's in IT-related field with 9+ years, or Non-related Associate's with 11+ years, or High School diploma with 13+ years equivalent experience. Please Answer: Experience/Skills: Knowledge of software engineering (academic and practical). Please Answer: Experience with multiple programming languages and methodologies. Please Answer: Proficient in debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving. Please Answer: Experienced in Hexagon's Smart Construction and Smart Completions tools. Please Answer: Support experience for large EPC organizations. Please Answer: Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle changing priorities. Please Answer: Security Clearance • Clearance not required (Uncleared role)
