Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant programming language OR 8+ years of experience with a PhD. Proven success in planning multi-year roadmaps where short-term projects align with long-term goals. Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives. Ability to utilize data and analytics to clarify technical issues and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across various functions. Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, or Java, and scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, or Hack. Track record of enhancing quality through strategic code reviews, thorough testing, careful rollouts, monitoring, and proactive updates. 8+ years of relevant experience in developing large-scale infrastructure applications or comparable qualifications. Public Compensation: $213,000/year to $293,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
