You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the Data & Analytics market while shaping the future of your career: whether that’s progressing to management or becoming a high-billing specialist. What is involved: Lead from the front on business development , consistently generating new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Conduct high-level sales and negotiation conversations , securing exclusive or retained work and establishing long-term client agreements. Cross-sell Harnham’s services across multiple markets and specialisms , unlocking opportunities in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, AI, and more. Build and maintain deep client partnerships , acting as a trusted market expert and ensuring exceptional delivery and service standards. Identify and strategically grow your market niche , contributing to Harnham’s brand positioning in the U.S. and globally. Candidate-Focused: Sourcing, Engagement & Placement Use a range of techniques – including headhunting, referrals, and data-driven sourcing – to identify top-tier active and passive talent. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by managing every step of the process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding . Promote diversity and inclusion in your hiring practices, ensuring fairness and compliance at every stage. Build and maintain strong relationships with key candidates in your vertical, creating a network of trusted professionals. What's on offer? Work closely with senior leadership to define your next steps – whether it’s becoming a Business Manager , leading a specialist vertical, or continuing as a high-performing Principal Consultant . Make the most of your deal placements with up to 30% commission and annual billings bonues.
