What You'll Be Doing
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client strategy to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and placement
Build and grow partnerships with high-growth SaaS startups and enterprise tech companies
Provide consultative insight on market trends, role structure, and hiring strategy
Proactively source and vet top GTM candidates using LinkedIn, boards, and referrals
Coach candidates through the interview process and negotiate competitive offers
Own and grow your desk with a clear path to leadership
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of full-desk/360 recruiting experience, ideally within tech, SaaS, or commercial verticals
Strong business development skills with a proven record of closing and hitting targets
Fluency in GTM hiring: You know your way around sales org charts, revenue roles, and startup growth
Polished, consultative presence with the ability to manage both clients and candidates with confidence
Independent, organized, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, high-output environment
