Our client is seeking a Principal Engineer - High Speed IC Research & Development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-performance analog ICs that enable next-generation communication networks.Responsibilities:Design, lay out, and bring up ultra high-speed analog ICsDrive the development and validation of custom ICs for high-capacity networking systemsCollaborate with verification, CAD, product, and test engineering teams to define and execute DVT and characterization plansEvaluate and optimize circuit performance using RF probing and lab toolsQualifications:Proven experience designing high-speed analog ICs using SiGe BiCMOS or CMOSSolid grasp of transmission lines, passive high-frequency structures, and device physicsHands-on skills with RF lab equipment and analog IC evaluationFamiliarity with VerilogA and CAD scripting languages (Skill, Python, Shell) is a plusStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experienceMaster’s degree with 3+ yearsPhD candidates welcomedLocation:Hybrid, United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
