How You'll help us to connect the world: Our growing team is hiring " Software Development Engineer in Test " who is passionate about making pioneer smart Wi-Fi products. You should be comfortable with the entire wired and wireless networking design and implementation. You will have strong background and hands on experience in L2, L3, L4-L7, 802.11, automation script. You will be working with the team to build the Wi-Fi controller software features and automating the SW features on the Access Point. Responsibilities: - Building the automation for wireless features and wireless performance using Robot Framework, Python.
- Building the wireless CICD to test WiFi performance on VeriWave and Spirent.
- Work with the local engineering team and international teams to create test automation based on existing test cases Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of QA automation for WiFi and L2/L3 switch products.
- Experienced with Python, Robot Framework (Jenkins, GIT) and scripting languages
- Familiar with 802.11n, ac, ax, be 11 r/k/v, Dot1x .
- REST API Automation and Testing
- Experience with Programmable Attenuators and Roaming
- Experienced in virtualization technology and with various hypervisors and virtual machine.
- Technological familiarity with public/private/hybrid cloud, Openstack, GCE
- Experienced with wireless networking tools VeriWave, Chariot, Spirent, Ixia, wireless monitoring, AP-simulator.
- Familiar with network protocol layers and how to use network analyzers such as WireShark, EtherReal, OmniPeek, Wi-spy, Aircap. Experience with Python, TCL-TK, Java scripting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- Be able to write clear procedures, bug descriptions and test reports.

#LI- CA HYBRID Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,000.00-$175,600.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
