Mission:

The Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) will work as the principal technical interface between prospects and the portfolio of Xurrent products. This role will be customer-facing and play a key role in uncovering and developing opportunities. The PSE will take a consultative approach to prospect companies searching for ITSM, SIAM, ESM, and ITOM solutions, and while working closely with Sales to help prospects understand how the technology at Xurrent enables their business.

Key Characteristics

As a PSE, you will share responsibility for sales targets. Your role will primarily involve bringing a prospect from discovery to demo, through a POV, technical sign-off, and close. You are skilled in presenting and adding value to the sales team as a technical resource for ideal implementation and design scenarios for the sales team and prospects. You are results-driven and take a solution-first approach when faced with adversity and objections. You have proven the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Finally, you will be eager to take a role in the technical training of the sales team.

Reports to the VP of Sales, US.
