RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) that will focus on facilitating the growth of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications practice in Supply Chain Management. NOTE : This is a remote eligible role . Candidate may sit anywhere within the United States. Position Summary: The Microsoft D365 PSE drives project solutioning by serving as the functional expert for the Supply Chain Management function. The PSE collaborates with sales and delivery resources to ensure proposed projects include solutions that accurately address the client's needs and support key decision-makers. The PSE is responsible for achieving revenue quotas, which are based on the expectations of the business development team and practice. The sales territory will encompass pursuits across the nation, with flexible work from home options. Responsibilities: Lead pursuits as the functional architect, prioritizing efforts to maximize impact, as directed by Practice Leaders or the Sales Director. Proactively scope solutions to address customer requirements, gain consensus, assess needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and the firm. Secure input from all necessary stakeholders within the customer and the firm. Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support. Coordinate with business development and delivery teams to align solutions with business requirements. Demonstrate the software to eliminate concerns and generate enthusiasm for implementation. Provide coaching and professional development for junior resources. Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft channel teams, partner technology specialists, and sales executives. Keep up with Microsoft product developments and communicate updates to teams. Assist in developing go-to-market sales strategies and marketing content, including whitepapers and videos. Collaborate with delivery teams and contribute to statements of work. Accountabilities & Performance Measures: Achieve assigned productivity quotas. Maintain project throughput in early sales stages. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Complete training and development objectives on time. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5 years' experience presenting software solutions in a B2B context, focusing on middle market/strategic segments. 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service and Power Platform capabilities. Proven achievement and technical solution expertise in sales roles.
