Oversees the design and development of plastic molds.
Work as part of a team from inception through testing and implementation of new polymers.
Supervise technicians
Budget tool cost
Troubleshoot product issues.
Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

Automotive OEM experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
3 plus years of experience
Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
