Job Title: Planning and Scheduling Engineer III
Compensation: $105/hour
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday (5/2), 40 hours per week with up to 10 hours overtime possible

We are currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Engineer III. This role plays a key part in managing the project schedule, all aspects of The Progress Measurement System, integration, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and integrate the overall project schedule using established progress measurement systems.
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and control schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Review contractor schedules for completeness, logic, consistency, and alignment with project controls (WBS, CCE, project plan).
• Set requirements and frequencies for schedule reporting and ensure timely detection of schedule deviations or risks.
• Liaise closely with project teams and planning engineers to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Support capital efficiency initiatives within Project Services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Significant experience in project controls with a strong focus on planning and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and computing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond quickly to urgent needs.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire) is required.
• Programming experience in SQL or Python is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate or work at project sites as needed.
