We're Hiring: OPS Engineer 3! We are seeking a skilled and experienced OPS Engineer 3 to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in system operations, infrastructure management, and automation to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems. Location: Fort Wayne, IN Work Mode: On-site Role: OPS Engineer 3 Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with all safety standards and proactively ensure a safe working environment. Test, troubleshoot, disposition, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on both classified and unclassified deliverable and undeliverable units. Create, maintain, and improve work instructions (e.g., test plans, OSOPs). Review and approve engineering changes. Collaborate with process owners to achieve test process efficiency and compliance. Support audit readiness and execution. Participate in quality investigations, including 7-step problem-solving methods. Provide direct feedback to improve build and design processes. Identify and resolve tooling and test equipment inefficiencies. Support training initiatives by identifying skills gaps and conducting coaching sessions. Contribute to meeting team and quality objectives and foster a culture of 100% quality compliance. Skills Required: Proficient in electrical circuit analysis.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Capable of troubleshooting to module-level failures.

Experienced in RCCA methodologies.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated capability to execute project milestones effectively.

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.

Experience Preferred: 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (in a related technical field)
