Role Highlights:

  • Problem-solving at its finest: apply advanced techniques to uncover and document solutions to production challenges.
  • Be the backbone of operations support, working alongside the team to enhance processes.
  • Initiate and oversee projects from start to finish, driving quality and delivery metrics.
  • Supervise the critical steps of equipment qualification and validation.
  • Create production processes that meet and exceed business expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials to maintain and elevate manufacturing expertise.

Your Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, or substantial manufacturing experience.
  • Preferred experience in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or other medical device environments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with root cause analysis proficiency.
  • Team-centric approach with strong communication skills across disciplines.
  • Leadership in Lean or TOC initiatives.
  • Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD systems for effective design and drafting.
  • Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standards.
  • An added plus, familiarity with CAM systems like MasterCam or Esprit.
