Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the TDIP Refresh project team with receiving, distributing, and maintaining submittals Handle construction contract correspondence, document and plan control tasks Input project data into Prolog and prepare status reports as needed Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in the project information system (Prolog) Maintain both hard copy and electronic project files and document/submittal management systems Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely posting of drawings Distribute documents, submittals, and RFIs for review; track and compile responses, obtain approvals, and issue formal replies to contractors Manipulate electronic files in various formats to create exhibits for meetings and presentations Support the project team by attending and documenting project meetings (prepare agendas and minutes), performing expediting functions, and maintaining expediting logs Complete other project-related responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience, preferably on airport or large-scale infrastructure projects Experience working on projects valued at more than $50 million Familiarity with various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design/Build Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations Optional certifications (preferred but not required): AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant credentials Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or various shifts as needed
