Location: Kansas City Metro Area (Eastern Jackson County, MO)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary + bonus opportunities

What You'll Do as a Project Civil Engineer:

Design and manage residential and commercial civil engineering projects from concept through construction
Oversee grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and site layout design using Civil 3D
Prepare plans, reports, calculations, and permit submittals
Collaborate with internal teams, municipalities, and clients to meet project goals
Ensure design standards and zoning requirements are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri and Kansas
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
Minimum of 3 years of civil/site design experience (residential preferred)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience
