We're growing—and looking for a skilled NOC Systems Engineer to join our team.

About the Role: The NOC Systems Engineer provides Tier 3 support for escalated issues in Windows and network environments. You’ll work closely with helpdesk and engineering teams to resolve issues, maintain infrastructure, and contribute to systems architecture. This role includes both remote and on-site responsibilities and will join a rotating on-call schedule for critical issues.

Key Responsibilities: Resolve escalated tickets related to Windows OS, servers, and network infrastructure. Maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment across multiple client sites. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, DFS, and patching. Participate in system architecture and solution design. Conduct scheduled network testing and performance analysis. Travel to client locations for installations and hands-on troubleshooting (as needed, including after hours/weekends). Document all ticket activity accurately and manage ticket queue efficiently. Support onboarding and business continuity initiatives.

What You Bring: 5–10 years of experience in systems/network engineering. Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred). Proficient with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix). Solid PowerShell scripting skills. Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Able to lift up to 65 lbs. Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred (But Not Required): Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, Azure, AWS. Experience with VoIP systems, SaaS apps, or automation scripting. College degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
