Job Summary: The NextGen Team at Intelepeer is a dynamic group tasked with pioneering advanced technological initiatives to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the Cloud Communications industry. Team members are versatile, adept at navigating uncharted territories, and play a pivotal role in the company's progressive endeavors in AI. This team will also resolve complex technical customer issues involving various communication channels such as voice, messaging or API connections within the IntelePeer Cloud Platform services but also work on developing AI strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is an intersection of cloud communications and AI technologies.

Responsibilities: Technical Development and Implementation: Lead and collaborate on projects that harness emerging technologies and innovations, often working with tools and methodologies that may be outside current industry norms. Advanced Support: Serve as a go-to resource for complex issues, ensuring that the company upholds its reputation for exceptional customer service, especially during critical situations. Research and Development: Engage in R&D activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field, ensuring that the company's offerings remain competitive and ahead of the curve. Collaboration: Partner closely with various teams within the Operations department, sharing insights, offering mentorship, and contributing to joint projects that boost the success of the department Strategy and Recommendation: Periodically present findings and suggestions to the Director of Operations, which may influence the company's strategic direction. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the communications industry, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. Work with new Enterprise customers for detailed various services integration Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for NOC escalations. Monitor and react to ASR/CSR reports, and more Work to develop and implement tools to improve efficiency of Intelepeer customer care agents. Assist in internal workflow automations. Develop and implement AI strategies to solve client issues and improve user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for AI implementation. Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to support business operations. Test and validate AI models for accuracy and effectiveness Collaborate with the AI team in assessing the AI and automation market.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in technical development and implementation using modern tools and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt swiftly to new technologies and challenges. Demonstrated capability in managing projects and effectively setting priorities. Excellent communication skills with a penchant for cross-team collaboration. A dedication to continuous learning and professional advancement. Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP. Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure or Google Cloud Professional Cloud highly preferred. A basic understanding of UX design principles to ensure the end product is user-friendly. Knowledge of RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration of communication features into existing systems. Advanced knowledge and displayed proficiency in languages (any) such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C# for application development and API interaction. Complete understanding with authentication methods and data encryption to ensure secure communications. Advanced understanding of Database Management: Skills in SQL or NoSQL databases for storing, querying, and managing data efficiently. Advanced understanding of Front-end Technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial for full-stack development Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Associate's degree . Communications, Computer Science, Networking, or similar technical field is highly preferred. 5-10 Years work experience within a developer role. Competencies: Python, conversational ai, ccaas, generative ai
