Responsibilities: Provide system administration and support for Windows Active Directory, DNS (Windows and BIND), Internet, wireless, media players and computer(s) and associated software Perform, add, remove and changes in the network devices, Data center devices and window servers Create and maintain user and system documentation Desktop support hardware is up to par between SOC and needs for the client Communicate with internal and external groups to solve problems during an outage Pursue network engineering certifications at the direction of the engineering manager Skills/Must have: Technical proficiency in multiple areas including security, networking, administration, and hardware Customer facing skills a must Leadership in a team environment and fostering client relationships Active Directory AD GPOs, Desktop support, troubleshooting Previous consulting experience a plus CCNA preferred Salary: $100,000 base
