Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Candidate will be traveling between 15-18 sites based on the work orders that come through. Candidate will be outfitted with a company van, company approved tools, gas card, cell phone and iPad.
The candidate will be interacting with clients at the various sites, so will need to have good customer service skills.
Team Overview:
Each worker will be working 100% independently based on the work orders that come through.
Resource's typical working day:
iPad will show their work orders for the day
Pick up any needed parts from the warehouse
Examples of typical work Fixing doors Basic plumbing General maintenance PM's
Licenses/Certifications:
06a Electrician License not required but is a plus
HVAC license not required but is a plus
Must Have Skills:
Good customer service skills
Basic mechanical skills
Basic knowledge of maintenance and mechanical
Good working knowledge of HVAC
Good working knowledge of tools
Nice to have skills:
Electric knowledge
Plumbing knowledge
Years of Experience:
1-2 years
Education
h.s. diploma or GED
Software skills:
Basic computer and tablet skills
Basic Microsoft skills
