Pay Range: $80 - $95/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills:Over 5 years of experience working in machine learning, data science, or AI .

Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and workflows .

Strong coding skills in Python, R, or Scala, with solid experience using ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn .

Build and roll out machine learning models to help with things like customer insights, profitability, and optimizing the balance sheet.

Work with both structured and unstructured data, applying techniques such as natural language processing, deep learning, and time-series modeling.

Deploy models into production environments using established MLOps practices.

Comfortable coding in Python, R, or Scala, and well-versed in ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience with big data tools (like Hadoop and Spark) and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with risk modeling, capital frameworks, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector is a plus.
