In this role, you will tackle unique challenges using cutting-edge technologies, developing highly scalable solutions. As an integral part of our team, you will manage back-end or full-stack design and development, creating efficient and differentiated customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Lead technical solutions from conception through deployment, making crucial architecture and implementation decisions.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and other engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers and advocate for improving the team’s technical practices.
Produce high-quality, well-tested code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Drive operational excellence through monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience with new and existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
