What you'll be doing
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, customization, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (primarily Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations modules). This role works closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other IT team members to deliver robust CRM and ERP solutions that support key business processes.
Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business requirements
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, JavaScript, .NET, and third-party tools
Integrate D365 with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services
Provide technical leadership in Dynamics 365 initiatives, including upgrades and new module implementations
Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and user guides
Stay current on Dynamics 365 product updates and industry trends
Support data migration and transformation efforts during system implementation
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices
What skills and experience you'll bring to us
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, or Power Platform
Experience with Azure cloud technologies and Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint)
Previous involvement in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementation
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integration
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and CDS
SQL Server and database management experience
