We are hiring associate-level clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW). Associate therapists receive individual, triadic, and group supervision, allowing them to gain supervised hours toward licensure while building clinical skills within a close-knit and supportive team. In this role, you will work with clients across the lifespan, addressing a range of mental health needs, including trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities. Responsabilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients across different age groups and clinical needs. Deliver services in clinic settings, schools, and through telehealth, depending on client needs and program assignments. Build and manage a caseload over time, typically serving up to six clients per day. Maintain a typical schedule of approximately 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with earlier hours when providing school-based services. Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely and accurate manner, following ethical and organizational standards. Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress and continuity of care. Maintain professional, ethical, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.Contribute positively to a supportive and team-oriented work culture focused on quality care and continuous improvement. Patient demographics: Children and adolescents up to 18 years old. Adults, including those 18 years old to 100 years old. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm; with several days from 10:30 am-7:00 pm Qualifications Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans. Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and a desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask. Must be able to work well as part of a team. **Bilingual in Spanish is a must Requirements: Associate license from the Board of Behavioral Services (AMFT, ACSW) Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work or a closely related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule. Availability in the afternoon and evenings. Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations, such as fingerprint clearances, positive references, TB test, required vaccinations, etc. Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
