We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Indianapolis studio!
Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects Assist with client engagement and management Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings Communicate and improve some design processes with other team members Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule Lead in planning, design and documentation of projects; prepare working drawings Participates in all design and construction phases of projects May present portions of design to client, participate in consulting partner or design committee meetings and discuss need for modification for change Participate in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers Education and Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with HVAC design in healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred. Software Skills: Revit experience required; experience with energy modeling software and selection programs preferred. Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite. Why BSA?
