Key Responsibilities:
We do a lot of industrial work, as well as work for ORNL. So, process piping is required. Design HVAC and Fire Protection systems using CAD software. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing. Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. 7-10 years of experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building codes Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC analysis software (e.g., Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP) Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of industry codes and standards.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
