• Design and engineer mechanical systems (HVAC and plumbing) using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Lead and manage projects from design through deliveryensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Create construction documents and technical reports for a wide range of building types, including:
  • Commercial Offices
  • K12 Schools
  • Municipal Facilities
  • Healthcare Buildings
  • Multifamily Developments
• Conduct design reviews, resolve field issues, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and represent the company in client meetings.
• Support business development efforts by cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus)
• Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing design and project management
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with commercial and institutional building projects
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or TN Visa holder
