Responsibilities: Prepare detailed analysis, design, and project deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports for general marine terminal infrastructure. Prepare design criteria and construction specifications. Assist in quantity take-offs and capital cost estimates. Support field work and construction activities. Attend project meetings and liaise with project team members, clients, and regulatory agencies. Liaise with clients to determine requirements, prepare proposals, design work estimates, and schedules. Mentor junior staff and review their work. Promote and support a safety-oriented culture. Travel as required for field programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in marine structural engineering or related field. Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Professional Engineer. Experience with marine structures, port layout, tides, currents, wave and wind forces, and seismic design. Proficiency with structural analysis software and MOTEM standards. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
